44 Weaned Steers, Quilpie

A line of 44 Organic certified Angus, Hereford & Santa X weaner steers that are best described as large frame & in fresh store to forward store condition. Steers present with plenty of bone and length that will continue to grow out as excellent feeders or organic/pasture fed bullocks. The temperament on these cattle for only being weaned earlier this week is outstanding, cattle will have been weaned for over a week at delivery. At assessment noticed 3 x steers with slight blight/blue eyes which did not seem to affect them, would advise further treatment once delivered. Vendor has a line of 35 heifers in the same sale. Cattle are NASAA & USDA NOP Certified.Please note buyers cattle were weighed after 14hrs off feed or water have endured a track trip into to Quilpie and received 16mm of rain on them before being weighed.
