With over 10 years experience in the livestock industry, Alec has worked on properties on the Barkley Tablelands to Central Australia, to the New England Tableland in northern New South Wales, along with working in the Ag service space. He has worked in several different fields including, property management, soil sampling and agronomy, ag tech, rural merchandise and livestock agency. Alec studied a bachelor of Agricultural Production and Management (Livestock Production) at the University of New England in Armidale NSW, where he gained a wealth of knowledge of production and management practices which he has been able to adapt into his work in the industry.
Alec has a passion for the livestock industry that has pushed him to achieve the best outcomes for his clients. He enjoys getting out in the field and getting to understand a client’s business so he can add value to their business through production planning and marketing.
Alec loves getting involved in the local community and you will often see him helping at rural events and being invested in committees that help support the local community. He has recently moved to Quilpie in SW Queensland where he is excited to become involved in the local community.
