About Us

Rural real estate agents, licenced auctioneers and agribusiness experts

Adcock Partners Property and Livestock is a rural real estate and livestock agency that prides itself on delivering value far beyond transactional services. Because to get the best results in this rapidly evolving industry, you need more than that: you need market intelligence, agribusiness connections, and a business partner who’ll champion your interests from enquiry to exchanging signatures.

That’s what you get when you partner with us.

We’re more than just an agile and flexible transactional agency business: we connect buyers and sellers in rural markets and add value with our experience, knowledge and relationships. Our clients look to us for strategic input and advice as well as solutions. We pride ourselves on acting as partners in their businesses, leveraging our connections across all market segments and tailoring sales methodologies to help our clients achieve the best price for specifications.

Whether it’s working with producers to achieve income targets or marketing an agricultural enterprise to get the best possible returns, we’re dedicated to our clients’ success.

Our story

Adcock Partners Property and Livestock’s story began as an ambitious team of three agribusiness professionals. Rural agents Andrew Adcock, Michael Spencer and Sam Bartlett joined forces to form a proud and productive partnership. Together, their knowledge and experience covered all aspects of rural property and livestock, sales, and marketing.

Since that inception, we’ve worked hard to constantly evolve to provide an exceptional level of service to Australia’s rural industry. We’ve expanded from Queensland to serve the New South Wales and Northern Territory markets, bringing on widely respected agents Nick Hall in Walcha and Pat Burke in Katherine.

Though distributed around Australia, we work as a team, pooling decades of experience, knowledge and skills across different markets, methodologies and specifications to get results.

Today, we have an established, loyal and highly valued network of clients and partners. It’s by the number and quality of our ongoing relationships, along with our reputation for integrity, empathy and trust, that we define our success.

Our values

Our values are the framework of attitudes that drive everything we do.

Pat Burke

Born and raised on large cattle stations and starting his career on large-scale pastoral operations in Queensland and the Northern Territory, Pat Burke is no stranger to the livestock industry.

Nick Hall

During his 23 years in the agribusiness marketing, Nick Hall worked in saleyards, stud sales, and rural real estate agencies before joining the Adcock Partners Property and Livestock team in 2020. Having grown up on the land in Laggan, New South Wales among sheep and cattle, Nick doesn’t just work in the industry – he lives and breathes it.

His casual work on pastoral operations, combined with a long and successful tenure in management with Elders, gives Nick the practical experience and strategic insights needed to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Starting at Elders in Walcha in 1999, Nick soon rose to Branch Manager and eventually Area Manager, a role that saw him successfully manage 14 branches throughout Northern NSW for five years. His work as Feedlot Buyer for Killara Feedlot during 2019/20, sourcing up to 50,000 cattle per year to supply both the export and domestic markets, remains one of Nick’s career highlights.

Client-focused and driven to deliver the accountability, reliability and results rural enterprise owners deserve, Nick returned to sales in 2020. Nick enjoys building long-term relationships with his clients to help grow their business and achieve their strategic goals.

Now based in Walcha, Nick serves all of New South Wales and enjoys sport, travel, fishing, water skiing and spending time with his wife and three children outside of work.
